Jack in the Box

I like the variety.

Good food

Slow service drive thru

Speedy service no complaints

Employee was really rude & food wasn't that great (sandwich was a little cold & stale fries)

Food was stale, peach ice tea was warm

The Kaneohe Jack in the box never seems to have secret sauce ordered so I don't go there anymore. I went tonight ordered at the drive thru asked for a description of what was in the new sandwich and she couldn't tell me then the manager comes on and she can't tell me either. So I order something else forgetting they always forget to order secret sauce n I return my order cause they couldn't make the sandwich the way I wanted it. Manager was very unprofessional doesn't know her product can't seem to order product very disappointed with the lack of effort and concern for the customer as well as being the worse fast food experience I've ever had. I enjoy jack in the box the company but I will not return to this one
