I felt the process of ordering my food did not go smoothly. I ordered a buttery jack meal. A "buttery" jack meal? Not in a confirming way but like I ordered something that was not on the menu. I asked to upsize my drink but not the fries. Response was what size do you want? I felt the whole ordering process was like "whose on first" Abbott & Costello!!!

The curly fries looked pretty in the picture than in person but they still tastes pretty good and the mini cookies for a dollar were delicious
