Poor service at the drive through window

I used a BOGO coupon and they did not give me the (get one) hamburger. When I backed up and tried to tell them I was supposed to have gotten two burgers. The lady said well she wrung it up wrong. But they took my coupon. I was very upset.

The workers here are loud and rude. They can be heard talking about other workers and customers ever with people in the dining room. The speed of service was slow and the food tasted like it had been sitting out, not fresh at all. The worst experience I've had at a jack in the box ever.
