ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! First off, we waited in the drive they for about 6 minutes waiting on someone to take our order. That never happened. We drove to the window to see what was going on. Took another minute or two for them to come to the window. When we asked why we hadn't been acknowledged the lady said oh, the drive thru isn't working. I responded, Well why isn't there a sign or something? We were waiting for no reason! She very rudely replied, y'all gonna order something or nah? I WILL NOT be returning.

We find a hair in our burger. And a hair in our drink we were very unhappy we the whole experience with jack in the box very gross restaurant.

There were about 5 cars in line ahead of me it took about 20 mins to get through the line. The wait was horrible!! After leaving I went to get gas. My son checked the food and then we realized that one of our orders was wrong so we had to go back and wait again on the correct order. I went inside this time. The lady was nice so it made the situation not as bad but it took way to long for that trip. I will go to jack in the box again but probably wouldn't stop at that one!
