Very long wait for food

Food was cold and not fresh. Employees were loud

1 employee was doing all the work while someone was sitting in the back in a chair. The floor had trash everywhere. Waited in drive they line for 20 minutes and food was cold

They could not here is at the drive thru. They kept asking" what did you say" and kept getting our order wrong on the screen. That was the first five minuets of my experience. Second they were rude at the window and angrily gave us our food. Third they gave me my order wrong. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and they gave me a chicken sandwich
