We usually go to jack in the box if it's close to where we are already. This time they messed up our order though and gave us a cheeseburger instead of a chicken burger

The food tasted good but it took a long time for the staff to take our order. It also took a long time for the food to come out. They got my order wrong the first time and it was hard for them to understand what I wanted but they finally gave me back some money on my card

I have only been to this location twice and have had the worst experiences. I plan on never going back due to lack of customer service.
