Good to greasy

After waiting for 23 minutes for my food, they still put mayo on my wifes burger after telling them not to, they repeated the order back and said no mayo, no mayo was on the reciept and they still put mayo on my wifes burger. Plus after waiting for 23 minute out fries were only warm.
