They never have fried chicken available. We waited 20 min for our chicken. There didn't seem to be any manager around. Several workers were standing around talking with friends. A couple were in break sprawling out over two booths. The food was good but why have an item on the menu if you never have it available. This happens every time.

It was delicious but there was only cheese on my burger and I was expecting all the toppings.
