It was all right! We had a Concrete Mixer but it was so sweet!! The Custard melted fast! We had a small one! It seemed too expensive!!!!!

Culvers is a little pricey but I like to go there every now and again for a quick on the go meal.

I am normally extremely satisfied with my culvers experiences. However, on this visit I was quite dissatisfied. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches as well as many other things. I repeated my order twice, and even asked the girl at the window to repeat it to me. Everything she repeated was correct, so I didn't think to check my order before I left. Well, when I got to where I was going (15 mins later), I went to eat my sandwich and it was not what I ordered. It had something on it that I cannot eat. I also did not have the condiments I requested. So after not eating dinner & being bummed out, I went back to culvers about 4 hours later (on my way back home), and took the sandwich in and asked for my money back. The girl I dealt with was very nice & gave my money back with no hesitation. However, I felt like I should have been compensated with a free sandwich or meal or something for my trouble... I was pretty bummed that she didn't offer anything. All in all, I will still go back to culvers as all my other experiences have been positive, but I think it will be a while before I go back.
