Ignorant girl running the drive through window

Every time I go to this location there is an issue with my order, either they are out of something or it's not correct, this on top of the loud mouth manager who's always screaming at her employees is just bad for business. I wish there was another location close to my home or work because id never go to this one again nor will I ever recommend to anyone to visit this location

Although the cashier was friendly, she didn't seem to confident in what she was doing. The manager barking orders and speaking very rudely to her staff however is where my issue was. She was rude, unprofessional, loud, and just out right disrespectful. No manager should speak to their staff that way especially in front of customers. I was disgusted at the lack of professionalism and respect she had for her staff and if my boss spoke to me in the manner as she did I wouldn't do my job either.

It was terrible I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one ever came to take my order.
