Had to go in because drive thru is always too slow. Found out the counter was just as slow. They only had one register in the whole restaurant that work. Employees were lagging around. It's always awful and they all act like they hate their lives.

Used the drive thru and they took forever to take my order. Then we sat at the window for 15 minutes while they made our food. The guy handed us a bag with the wrong food and then jerked it out of my husbands hand saying it was for the car behind us. Everytime we go here the service is terrible and we have to wait a long time for our food. Think we are done going to the jack in the box until something changes

I pulled up to the drive thru and was the only one in the drive thru with only one other car in the parking lot dining inside and had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting to place my order. When I finally got to the window the employees were too busy talking about how much they drank the night before to pay me any attention.

I used the drive thru and the girl taking my order didn't have a clue what she was doing. I had to repeat my order multiple times and she still didn't get it right. Then we had to sit at the window and wait for our food for 15 minutes. This restaurant is always slow!

Jack in a box has really good shakes we wanted to get shakes but the shake machine was not working & I had to wait in line even though I was not purchasing anything because the line wasn't big enough for me to go around.
