The biscuits and gravy is better at Hardee's

It took a little longer than expected but it was easy to tell the food was fresh and all 3 orders were special and they were all done correctly.

I went today at breakfast and they were out of bacon, tortillas , napkins and some other items. This greatly affected what I was going to order as all the items they were out of are a major part of their breakfast menu. I found out that corporate won't let each store only order $1500 worth of supplies on each truck thus forcing the manager to try to predict what might run short. I don't think this is a way to run a corporation. I see now why so many Jack In The Boxes are closing. Jack needs to concintrate on business not commercials and developing new products that taste the same.

they didn't have any desserts and were slow inside and in drive thru. they only had 3 people working at 7pm

It took forever for them to get my order when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. They were out of almost everything we truly wanted so we had to settle for something we didn't necessarily want. Just not a very positive experience

We don't get to eat at Jack-in-the-Box very often so we look forward to it, Service was extremely slow, food was old, milkshake was melted, they got the order wrong. Probably won't be going back there again.

We waited for a long time while the staff kept walking past up, but never asking to take our order. & then they took forever to make it. No one was manning the cash register, so you have a long line of people waiting. Better service is definitely needed!

I waited 30 min for my order. When I got it the fries were cold and smelled like they came out of the trash. My sandwich was horrible had hot sauce all over it, and I didn't order it that way. I wasted $11.00 and threw the food in the trash!!
