Good food. Place needed cleaned.

Took awhile for someone to assist me at the counter. Granted they were working the drive through but was looked at by two people and nobody even said anything to me.

The service was bad, obviously not enough people working at that location, and the food was mediocre. The fries had no salt so were very bland

This jack in the box was not impressive at all. It is not the worst one I've been to; but, it is also not the best. The back of the restaurant was clearly a mess. The staff and counters. And the restaurant itself was a mess and the restrooms smelled horrible and seemed to not have been cleaned for a while. It took me twenty minutes to get my food and iced coffee. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich and large fry. This restaurant has some growing up to do.
