Jack in the Box

Tacos were kind of extra greasy, chicken was over-cooked.

I ordered the big breakfast sandwich because there was a picture of it on the wall, it was a new item I'd never had before & it looked very tasty. When I received it, it had a slice of ham instead of the bacon as was pictured. All I did was ask that they replace ham with bacon as I was expecting it to have. I was treated as if I was asking for a whole order to be redone & being unreasonable. Not only that but the cook made a loud sound of disgust which was very embarrassing. They had also forgot to give me two hash browns that were part of the order. Again I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong for asking for them. There was no thank you or apology & they actually push the bag at me instead of handing it to me. I won't be going back there anytime soon, at least during that shift!

They allowed me to order, pay, then handed me the food, only to find out that they "were out of" sauces.
