Jack in the Box

Great service.

It's open 24/7. That's why we went there. It's not that good. Food is ok. Not too expensive. Probably wouldn't go there if something else was open.

They're very friendly.

Well l was happy to finally see a Jack in the box, crossed a few states and hadn't Benn in Memphis for a month and just figured Tennessee did not do , Jack in the box, so l was with out a doubt surprised and delighted to know Nashville does,

Jack in the box is always just ok. Not very flavorful

Our order was wrong and the fries were cold and stale

I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger meal without ketchup or mustard and a little extra mayo. They made it with ketchup and no mayo. So I went back through and the cashier claimed that I didn't say "no ketchup". So the cook came by and looked at me and asked what I wanted. I repeated my order. And the cook put extra mayo on the burger, but it was excessive. The mayo was dripping all over the place. It was probably about 8x the normal amount that you would get on a burger. Anyway, it was very obvious that "I was wrong" for trying to get my order corrected. It seemed "I was wrong" from the beginning...

My food was horrible...cold fries...hard to chew hamburger. AWFUL

Very dissatisfied. Food was not great. it was freezing cold in the dining area and person in charge said she couldn't lower it.

food was sub par to say the least....customer service was non existing and my order was wrong twice
