The sandwich on order 16 was bland & was so thin that I will not spend over $6 for that again

The service was very slow. This Store used to have friendly employees, but not lately.

I normally like JITB. However, I was the fourth in line and waited in the drive thru almost 15 min! That's the longest I've sat in a drive thru! The person at the window didn't apologize for the long wait or anything.:(

Tried the grande sausage breakfast burrito. DISGUSTING! So poorly executed. We were looking forward to trying the sarracha sauce, but it taste like mayonnaise, there was no spicy. Horrid flavor and the addition of bacon bits was a poor idea. Honestly these burritos were the worst thing we have purchased from Jack in the Box. The staff was friendly but I was very disappointed with the food.
