Eh could have payed for the same thing at McDonald's for cheaper

I liked my food but it took 30 minutes or more to get our food

This jack n the box is usually fast friendly and has great good. last night they seemed not to understand what I wanted and told me they were out of certain items only to have them in the end. my meal got cold and I was very frustrated in the end.

Bacon jalapeño breakfast burrito was loaded (like grossly) with jalapeños and it just made it soggy and really horrible to eat. Ate half, threw it away.

Rude workers and average food

Way too long for a drive through.

Walked in the store in the legends. There was an employee standing at the counter but then walked away never acknowledging my presence. The 3 other employees saw me & did the exact same. Poor customer service

An email coupon I had received did not work. Frustrating. Other food tasted ok but coupon was the reason I went there

Terrible service. The customer in front of us had to change her order cause there was no rice made and there was no napkins out front and the place was a disaster.
