where to begin. the last time I visited I had plastic in my sandwich, this time was even worse. the store was understaffed. I attempted to order a meal, and purchase a second drink. the cashier refused to sell me a second drink and was very rude, and I think he may have been the shift manager but had no nameta

we go in there cause normally there are friendly and they know what they are doing. ever since the manager pat has moved to a different location everything had went down hill, the service and all. don't know if we will be returning there any time soon

Horrible horrible experience. I sent corporate an email regarding this transaction. 45 minute wait for our food and only to find out our order had been deleted. Manager never visited us or our table to apologize and was standing there and heard what happened.

Terrible: fountain dispenser down, water on floor, maintenance working, soda did not have a good taste- not the usual in a bad way!
