Called & got voice mail. Placed order online, but was a slow process...not as quick as calling the order in. Stood in line to pick up food at main counter, when I could have gone to "order smash" sign...although it is not very visible or noticeable. Staff acted bored & put out that they had to check on my order. We love Smashburger, but DEFINITELY not one of our most favorable visits.
