Took forever and the person acted like I was wasting her time

Had to request condiments more than once they say it's in the bag checked before leaving & yet again no condiments then get attitude for having to request condiments also my order was wrong therefor had to wait even longer while they prepared what was not in bag making other food soggy.. Not to mention shake machine they say is down its been a week now

Need a clock in the dining area

I stopped to get my kids a quick snack. I asked that they split the shake between 2 cups and that was way confusing

I was on the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Way too slow.

I didn't make a purchase

Great food, but they need better employees from the manager down.

Drive thru was super slow

Not impressed.
