Great service and great car selection

I rent for business all the time and only use the hoover Alabama enterprise. They have a wide selection and the cleanest cars of any location. This location is constantly busy but they always make time to find out what you need and what they can do to make your experience satisfactory. The prices are reasonable and they will pick you up and drop you off if needed.

These folks are wonderful. They have great attitudes and really care about their reputation and treating everyone like a member of their family. Damage was done to the rental while in my possession. I was unaware until they pointed it out. I hate it happened but they made the process easy. The process I went through in the beginning made me confident that the employees are honest and just doing their job

Love renting from this company. Every employee always seems so happy to be there and makes the process very pleasurable. I will not go anywhere else for a rental

The employees there are great. Clean cars and quick service. Lindsey, the manager, is highly knowledgable and has awesome customer service skills. She is the only reason I rent at enterprise.

I didn't get a receipt because everything was not ready when I returned but that wasn't enterprises fault.
