The staff has gotten much friendlier and they have achieved two correct orders In a row but it would be better if they could not only get it right but also quicker and warm would be nice.

We were traveling and my husband wanted coffee because we still had 5 hours to go. It was approximately 9 pm. They informed us that they don't serve coffee at night. Also, we ordered a sandwich and a taco and it took nearly 10 minutes. Sorry to complain. Most of my jack in the box experiences have been favorable.

They've really made improvements at this location.

The staff is friendly but this is the worst jack in the box I've ever been too. Every time I visit this store I am disappointed.

This is the worst jack in the box but I just spoke to an executive who said they just bought this chain and says they will be improving. I am willing to give them another chance.
