Complaining staff about a customer who "lied" about not getting food in his drive through order. Other staff complaining about that person over and over . Also the AC in this location was not working well... manager had placed a service call

Since it was the only restaurant open in the area on Christmas night I was fine with the hour wait through drive thru. I was frustrated when the mgr took my order and gave me grief for requesting no bacon on my #3 and asking for bacon wedges as my side instead. Then when I got to the window he was very short. I was on my way to work so I understand working Christmas isn't what one wants to do but as a manager he needs to act like one. While waiting for my food I took a sip of my drink it was Not the diet drink I requested (I am diabetic) so when I asked for it to be fixed he acted like it was the end of the world.
