There were two cars ahead of me and the wait time was anything but speedy. Thought fast food was suppose to be quick. Guess not:(

Fries were cold. And potato wedges were not well done and the cheese was very cold.

Long wait, gave me the wrong food, then I had to wait more while they made my actual order. No compensation.

I only visit jack in the box because it is the only late night option. The staff and service is ALWAYS sub par and almost always rude. I would never go here in the day time and if another nearby 24 hour option came up I would probably visit there.

The drive thru experience was awful the cashiers and workers clearly care NOTHING about each customers experience
