Jack in the Box

just okay

I went there due to being in town and wanted to have dinner with my family and some friends, they where pretty busy but the lady who took our order wasn't very nice at all she didn't say hello or welcome to jack in the box had us waiting for a while for our order. I asked for an ice coffee with lite ice I got lite ice but she didn't even fill the cup up with coffee and when I told her she had something wrong on our order she didn't seem happy I was trying to tell her.. I understand being short staffed and stuff but you work in customer service so you cannot be rude to your customers and have an attitude towards them still must keep a smile on your face even when it's hard. Thanks for your time

It's oki but you need to teach them to work the machines

Employee at counter not friendly at all seemed as if us being there inconvieneced her. Won't recommend that jack in the box but the others have had nothing but a good experience

My sirloin bacon burger was so gross. The bacon tasted like fish. I'm not kidding.

They were rude, messed my order up and forgot food, and then were even rider when I drove back through for what they forgot.
