the prices are too high for everything and the value menu items are sloppily put togetber and niot very appealing. i used to love jack in the box but after today im dissapointed. i didnt recieve a hello or not evwn a smile and a quick habe a nice day as he slammed the window. i didnt have any problem with them, i didnt complain or was a difficult customer. i just recieved bad service. and paid way too much for fast food.

I ordered the ham and 3 cheese sandwich for $5.00 & I got ONE slice of ham on the whole sandwich. Very disappointing

The drive thru speaker must be broken because the cashier kept getting my one item ordered wrong. When I repeated it several times he became very rude. Not good customer service.

Service was slow! It took 30 mins in the drive through. They were completely out of tea. No what the cost, food that takes that long and isn't exactly what you wanted, isn't worth the money spent.

I sat in line for 30 of my 45 minute break and when I got the food it was poorly made.

Waited aprx 15 minutes for the wrong order. I watched the drive thru cashier touch my credit card, drink and then my fries wo putting gloves on or washing hands in between.
