The girl was so sweet and the tea was tasty

Good food. Good price. Service was pretty fast. The floor was wet. Very wet. Only one caution sign, near the entrance, but the slippery area was near the drink dispenser. I almost fell (grabbed my brother's arm as I slid) and later I saw a child actually fall. Another woman was complaining about the slipperiness and waddling as she tried not to fall. I don't think the floor was just wet, but greasy or something too. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

The value of the food is great. You get so much for so little. Nice employees, too. There's a reason why cookout is always full.

Cookout is a great place to eat and they have good food. The restraint is very clean. The staff at this location is horrible. One time the girls at the drive through actually told my husband to wait a min and they finished their personal conversation. They mess up orders a lot and the last time we went they had a girl on her own up front at the dine in and it was her first day. Everyone was hateful to her in front of us and she messed up our order. She should have had someone training her. It was not her fault she didn't know what to do. The other girl up front actually yelled at some of the staff right in front of customers. Very unprofessional staff.

We have always loved cookout but recently at our location the staff has changed and they are rude and get our orders wrong often. I have also head profanity at the drive thru window and the girls working the cash register did not want to give any service and acted like I was interrupting their conversation. At this particular visit they also forgot my drinks and acted like it was a problem me asking for them. The food is not near as good and prepared as it use to be. Someone really needs to notify the owner about getting a new staff.

Spent 30.00 and all the burgers were burnt so bad they were uneatable.
