Bravo comps can never accrue for VIP parking. That stinks. Allow poker players VIP parking or valet parking. Finally the music and sound from casino in poker room is ridiculous. Music sound track never changes! Slots are so loud can't hear at many tables.

Herman in player services was awesome and so helpful in setting up my account. I love the free sodas. The willy wonka slots is my fav and you should have more of them. Didn't win though.
