The burger was good but I asked fries to be extra extra crispy. I waited for a sufficient time but fries were just ok...definitely not crispy

I was a little disappointed because the only reason I go to Five Guys is to get my favorite drink, Red Cream Soda. But this particular time it tasted like the syrup was almost out it they changed the ratio from syrup to CO2. It did not taste good. I mentioned it to a staff member but it didn't get any better after he walked to the back to fix it. Other then that the burger was fine. It's tasted better but nothing to complain about.
