They took care of what we needed. Everyone on the staff was friendly. They must be busy, we did have to do some waiting.

I was FURIOUS with them. I found a small (15lb) dog in my front yard, and they REFUSED to even CHECK for a microchip because he wasn't found in Plano city limits. There is NO emergency vet in my city and the shelter was closed. VERY disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my feelings towards this "emergency vet" now. In the past they have put my dog down for me when she was old and seizing, gave me microchip numbers, but this time, NOTHING. VERY UPSET.
