The prices were very high for fast good. I could have gone to a gourmet burger place like red Robin for the same price, gotten more food, and it would have been better quality.

upon entering the restaurant there were no employees around. waited at the counter about 4 minutes and when the guy finally showed up he says - 'what do you need' ? onion rings tastes like they were fried with old fishy oil

Way overpriced! Even with a coupon I paid $11 for a burger, fries and drink. Never again!!

In a monotone, the voice at the drive-through did say "welcome to Carl's Junior". After each item I ordered the voice said "ok", not "what else would you like" or "can I get you anything else?" We pulled up behind a car whose order took OVER 5 minutes to put out the window. When it was finally our turn at the window and we paid the bill, the young man handed me a small bag with one kid's meal in it. Then came 2 sodas. He said they had to add the whipped cream to the milkshake. I watched them fill the empty container with milkshake THEN add the cream. He handed it to me, said thanks and turned his back. I said, "hey, I have 2 more kid's meals coming". He said, "oh, yeah" and we waited some more. Finally, he put the last two bags out the window and turned again and walked away from the window. "Excuse me, may I have some straws??" Your young employees need way more training. this young man was more interested in going back to his conversation with the other 2 employees I could see. There was no "thank you" (and no napkins, either). What a disappointment in your customer service. Even though the food was very good, we will NOT be stopping at Carl's Junior again.
