The bartender was rude. I won't be going back again.

Drink girls take forever to come around. Was playing for 4 hours drink girl only came by my slot machine twice

It seems I do better on the slot machines when I do not have my card in machine.

Head person at the roulette table was extremely rude. I was given 2 chips from a friend to play roulette which I've never played and asked to trade chips in and was told they had no value cause I didn't play with them, also treated me as if I stole something

Beverage girl was rude, people were smoking everywhere, I couldn't play any of the slots I wanted to play because it was too crowded

There were barely any drink servers in the area I was at. Was at least a half hour before I saw someone serving. Same creepy homeless man wandering around staring at me. Machines took all of my money extremely fast.

I would revisit if friendliness of employees will improve. Other then the staff everything else is pretty much nice.

Over priced outlet store

Machines are too tight! Most people who come to play lose there money. The drink/beverage girls who work on the floor disappear for hours and you have to get up and ask security or the my sands desk reps to get a supervisor to complain about it.

The amount of Asian community is just utterly disgusting. We come there often with our family of 6 and as we were looking for a seat it was most occupied by the Asian community not eating just sitting there. When this place opened it was all about family. Now you'll lose mine. They were cutting in line, trying to use these free (expired) vouchers that even loyal customers to the sands don't even get only the Asian community that they bring bus loads in. They are rude and unaware of the surrounding. I am so disgusted in what this place has become I love going and hanging out with family and friends the food is great but these people are bringing you down and you will lose all of us if this does not get resolved soon!
