The burger was excellent. The restaurant itself was a disorganized so that threw me off.

The meal quality was good but the staff was slow and not very friendly. I had to wait three minutes before the person standing at the counter greeted me and asked to take my order. Employees seemed unhappy to be working.

The service was excellent! The cashier was super friendly! My food was prepared quickly. My fries were great but my hamburger was a little disappointing. Didn't have the usual great flavor and although I asked for ketchup it had way too much. Every other time I've eaten at Five shuts I have been completely satisfied!
