We visited Scores. Had a great time. The rooms in the hotel did not meet expectations for the amount paid. Ice machines were broken. The hotel itself was not easy to navigate

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The bathrooms were a disaster. There was an overflowed toilet in one that no one was attending to with no sign or anything and it smelled bad. The other bathroom was falling apart and dirty. The Arena was leaking rain through the roof and the air conditioning system was making so much notice during the concert that we could hear it over parts of the concert. If it hadn't been for the staff we would've had a terrible time.
