Slow service-not so friendly staff-and food quality not that good

I ordered through drive thru. And ordered singles but they gave us doubles and charged us for doubles so I had wasted part of the meal due to not being what I ordered

My experience with culverts was very disappointing. I ordered through drive up with no cars in front of me. I waited 18 minutes for my food to get home missing a order of cheese curds. No bacon on a double bacon cheeseburger and the bun was very dry and fell apart when I ate it will not return for awhile
