Island View

Stayed in the new beach tower and the elevators were broken for a few hours so we had to climb up 10 flights of stairs to get to our room. We received no apology or any type of offer from the staff to help. While the rooms were clean and well decorated, they were too small and not worth the trouble we had to go through. This morning, I went to get beignets at 7:20 (it opened at 7:00 am) and was told it would be another 15 min. I was highly disappointed and it will be a long time before I return, if at all. There are plenty of other casinos on the coast where I can spend my money.

While waiting for a seat I had a cocktail server accommodate me and she was very personable and brought me my drink faster than any other cocktail had done before
