Hours are not conducive to delayed flights !!!! Had to go without transportation due to them closing knowing that all the flights were delayed there were many people sleeping in the rental place till 5 am

When renting the car close to 20 if not more people came to Alamo/National to rent a car. There was statement saying I had to pay the taxes for my rental car on arrival which I was prepared but they did not allow cash. This is ridiculous! I understand a card available for the car purposes but not being allowed to pay cash was ridiculous. The staff dealing with the paperwork were not friendly nor helpful neither were there enough staff running the counter for the demand of cars. All other companies had 3+ employees while national had one and Alamo had one it took me over an hour to get into a car! Worse experience I've had renting a car!
