The Coca Cola freestyle machine was out of Coke when we ordered and still out as we left the restaurant 20-30 minutes later. Unacceptable. When we asked the cashier to fill our cups behind the counter and told her the seating area machine was empty it should have been addressed quickly. Employees need to take ownership and be able and willing to help in any way possible.

I liked it but my chicken was small and they didn't give me many fries.

The staff acted as if we bother them to come in and order. There seem to be only one girl working behind the counter. The rest of them were talking to one another not working. Stand there and ignore us while we waited to ask question or to get her order corrected. It was a terrible experience. I will not go back to the 60s.

Too greasy

Service was very backed up some people walked out my food wasn't hot and got upset stomach after eating this was not a normal visit for zaxbys
