Food was not that hot. Soggy fries.

Cool location, needs to put more lettuce in salads

Ordered online and when I arrived they had not made my order yet and told me I ordered from the wrong location until I showed my receipt. Made my order quickly once everything was figured out.

The drive thru was taking a long time so pulled around and went inside. The total wait was 15 minutes for 1 meal. The staff wasn't friendly.

I usually always is it a particular Zaxby's but on this occasion I've visited one that was near a place I was staying I had to send my tater chips back two different times. The manager was very nice

This particular zaxbys on this day was extremely slow! They only had one person taking orders and calling for people to get food. The girl would take half of our order then stop and call for someone to get their food and then continue taking the order. It was very unorganized!
