Zaxby's

The chicken was a little over cooked

I called and placed a order and the staff member asked did I know the location of the Zaxbys that I was calling. I was visiting this location from out of town and I was making sure I had the right location and the staff member hung up on me. I called back and stated that I still wanted to place a order but I'm from out of town and wanted to make sure this location was the location closest to me.

Slow service at 12.... Had to drop chicken after we ordered.

This location was right off the interstate so my husband and I stopped! The store was not very clean and the lock on the women's bathroom wouldn't lock! That's like a $10 fix! There were also people that were not working walking in and out of the kitchen! Not the best experience!

Okay food, okay place. Could be better

My visit was terrible, I used the drive thru because I was in a rush. I ordered my food,paid, got my drink, then sat at the window for at least 10 minutes. And plus they forgot to give me my ranch sauce that I paid for!

there was some.kind of problem with orders. we were in line for 20 minutes and then the manager said they would not be taking any more.orders, because ALL the orders taken were messed up. New.staff? I dont.know. b

I've never had such a bad experience anywhere!! The manger was EXTREMELY rude !!!
