Service was quick through a long line at the drive-thru, but slow at the window. With Zaxby's having relatively expensive fast food prices, I expect quality product. The Tater Chips that I ordered were very undercooked, to the point where some were basically just thawed and soggy (though warm). I was not happy at all with the food quality in this visit. I actually considered calling and requesting a replacement, but I was already across town and had other things more pressing at the time.
