Good chicken but expensive

Service was extremely slow. Understandably the wait wouldn't be in and out due to the fact it was lunch time. But none of the cashiers or the people working in the kitchen seemed to be working quickly. It was almost as if there were too many ppl standing around getting in each others way to work promptly. I wasn't greeted with a smile nor was I thanked with a smile. I will most certainly think twice before I choose Zaxbys again for lunch.

The ceiling was leaking and it was very hot inside.

Love the wimpy sauce! Although I'm disappointed that you have to pay 25 cents extra for each sauce. Like seriously, it's sauce!

I asked for crispy fries but got burnt chicken tenders instead. No lemonade in the drink machine.
