Wasn't the worst Zaxbys experience but wasn't the best either. The only thing I wasn't completely thrilled with was my chicken sandwich was full of gristle and fat.

Food sat under the heater forever before the worker realized it was ready. Only person in the store and she had no clue what was going on

Frustrated with the woman taking our order. I ordered the kids grilled cheese, and she never asked if we wanted fries or Apple slices. And she didn't offer an apple juice. She handed me a cup. I asked if she gets juice. And she sighed and said "I can go get her one". She really put a damper on our whole experience .
