I love Zaxby!

Good food. On way home so convenient

I had already eaten dinner but my daughter wanted to eat something and this has always been a good Zaxby's. Missed the kids meals deals but redeemed stamp card. She said it was good.

Fries seemed like they'd been sitting awhile

Couldn't buy anything because their credit card machine wasn't working and I didn't have cash with me. The staff who told me that didn't even say we're sorry. Not very friendly.

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru and line didn't even move, so I left without purchasing anything.

Took forever to get to window for food as 2 cars ahead, there was done kind of issue! By the time I got my chicken strips & fries, they were cold and the fries were cold & hard! The chicken wasn't even crispy! Cold food & old small hard French fries, I probably won't be back
