Zaxby's

I don't like that they charge for extra sauce ( and most the time forget to put it in the bag) And it takes FOREVER to get your order

I didn't get the food I ordered. The service was pretty fast but the managers attitude was very bad.

Well today was the wrong day for zaxbys. order took forever even though almost no one else there. then as a consolation prize the lady gives us extra toast. 4+2=6 pieces of toast for 2 people. Chicken and onion rings both were barely warm. ask the lady for the slaw that was left off our plates and cook takes another 2 or 3 minutes to give it to her. realize the sauces were all wrong. again cook with attitude throws ten packets up in the window. place was dirty. all that for $20. not again! chick fil a just down the street, as well as KFC, Bojangles etc. poor

At the drive thru, we ordered a salad, a kids meal and 15 wings. The cashier told us to hold on for a minute. After several minutes, she came back and said they only had 10 wings ready, and asked if we wanted to wait 10 minutes for the others to be cooked. We said no and she asked us to hold on again. Another few minutes later, she said nevermind, we don't have any wings, do you want to wait. We said no and ordered something else, but it was aggravating to take so long just to put in our order. They seemed unorganized. The food was great though, so it won't keep me from visiting zaxbys in the future!

Chicken was over cooked and very little variety

I waited In The drive thru for 25 minutes on my 30 min lunch break Once in line I couldn't get out Very disappointing

Employees were complete idiots. Food was good though.
