I have had positive experiences before at this location, however this experience was unsatisfactory. Some of the workers seemed very unhappy to be at work resulting in slow service and poor customer service.

Long lines. It took approximately 20 minutes to get through the drive- thru. Other than that everything was ok

The wait was a little long but the food was good.

The person at the drive thru was not very customer focused when it came to acknowledging me at the window and he said "here ya' go" when he gave me my change and went back to taking another order.

The service was disappointing. I waited in line for approximately 25 min. for ordering and food received. The staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional and not at all customer friendly. I have no plans to return to that particular location for service.

I am highly dissatisfied with the drive through service and the ASM who I talked to about my experience.
