Fries didn't have any seasoning at all on them and that's what I used to like. The chicken tenders were a lot smaller and didn't have the same taste they used to have. Won't be visiting them again any time soon. For the price they charge the food should always be satisfactory.

Food was not good at all. Fries were cold. Both sauces were not tasting right like they normally do.

Went to zaxbys because normally we get the food fast and everyone loves it. Well, today I went through the drive thru and ordered. I was the only person in line at the time. I paid and waited at the window for almost 5 minutes then when a car came up behind me I was told to pull up; which was fine. During the 10 minutes I was parked people were leaving with their food as soon as they got to the window so I was starting to think they forgot about us. When it did come out the employee was not nice about it at all. She acted like it was my fault why she had to come outside. I got home- which is less than 5 minutes away and my fries were ICE cold. I WILL NOT be going back anytime soon!!!!!!!
