We waited in the drive thru for fifteen minutes before getting our food. The order was wrong and when I told the lady at the window she was so rude and acted like it was such an I conscience to correct it. I won't be back for a while!

The drive thru has become extremely slow and the customer service at this point is nonexistent. Milkshakes are handed out with it pouring down the side. Food that was special ordered was not prepared as requested. It's just become a mess.
