I got nibblers combo. All 3 top buns were hard like they had sat out a long time. Got onion rings instead of fries. They tasted good but were incredibly greasy. Like dripping grease. I won't get onion rings again.

Order taker was impatient....she cut me off twice as I was placing my order. There were approximately 5 cars in front of me but the line moved quickly. The food was lukewarm at best & not what I'm accustomed to from Zaxby's.

Service was very slow. Employees did not seem to care about me. They stood around and talked while I waited too long for my food. When I questioned them about it, they asked if I had even ordered!

My grilled chicken sandwich was burned and I was unable to eat my food and it was too late because I realized it once I got home.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit!!! The cashier was very rude. We called to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I WILL NEVER EAT THER AGAIN!
