food cooked too long

Took too long. Only 4 sauces for 20 strips. Fries too done and cold. Zaxby's should consider a family meal deal.

They should offer a family meal deal. They have a 20 pc pack, but not a full meal. Fries, toast, and chicken would be nice.

Great food; I got what a usually get, a chicken salad sandwich, but this time it was EXTREMELY SMALL. The whole sandwich was eaten in 6,normal sized, bites

I ordered the boneless wings and things and the wings were burnt to a crisp! The tenders were gross and the celery was warm. The wings had nearly any sauce on them they were just a dry mess. Not a good experience for me
